The WTS Charlotte Metro Chapter is pleased to host Samantha Miller, PE, PMP, Assoc. DIBA and Dan Leaver, PE from the City of Charlotte on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. The City of Charlotte recently completed their first progressive design build roadway project and the two program managers who helped bring the project to completion will share the journey of this project including their experiences and lessons learned along the way. Additionally, they will give thoughts about the future of alternative delivery design as the City embarks on new ways to deliver transportation projects in the future.
This event will be hosted on the Northeastern University-Charlotte campus located directly on the train line (Blue Line) in South End. Registration and networking will begin at 11:30am with the lunch program running from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. Lunch will be provided with registration. Please RSVP by Monday, April 27th.
Engineers attending this program could earn 1.0 Professional Development Hours. WTS Charlotte Metro is working with APA to qualify this activity for Certification Maintenance (CM) credit. More information about ACIP's CM program can be found at www.planning.org/cm.
