WTS-Boston is partnering again with the Peabody Public Schools to host the 2025 Transportation YOU STEM Summit! Registration is now open and will close on October 11th or when the cap of 100 attendees is reached, whichever comes first. Save the date by registering now!
The purpose of this Summit is to introduce elementary school aged through high school aged students (ages 8-18) to transportation planning and engineering. While the focus of Transportation YOU is to empower female-identifying students, we warmly welcome and encourage students of all gender identities to join the Summit. This Summit will offer hands-on workshops to cover basic transportation concepts and connect students to resources to help them plan an education and/or career in transportation. Workshops will be run by transportation professionals who will be guiding students through interactive activities that simulate real life projects as well as intermediate remarks by industry professionals. Join us to meet women engineers and transportation leaders in Boston.
The Summit is free, but registration is required. Lunch, giveaways, and t-shirts will be provided for students. Read more about the successful Summit last year here for more information.
