Please join the Professional Development Committee in our first event of 2026! How you present your strengths, voice, and values shape opportunities and professional growth. This interactive virtual workshop will help you define and own your professional brand so colleagues, leaders, and clients clearly see the value you bring. The workshop will be led by Victoria Palek, Vice President and Operations Director at Arcadis for New England & Florida. She will bring lessons she learned through her own journey and from WTS International Executive Leadership Training.
The event will be hosted virtually on Tuesday April 14th, 2026, at 12:00PM.

Speaker Bio
Victoria is a passionate advocate for the advancement of women in transportation. She has been an avid volunteer in our chapter, recognized by her Member of the Year award in 2025. She currently serves on the Advisory Board. Victoria completed the 2022 WTS International Executive Leadership Training and now serves as a Mentor in the 2025 WTS-Boston Formal Mentoring Program.
At Arcadis, Victoria leads the Mobility Business in the six New England states and Florida. Her extensive experience spans a diverse portfolio of construction projects across multiple industries in the transportation sector, including aviation, rail/transit, and highway. Her empathetic leadership style helps foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all. In recognition of her professional achievements, Victoria was named one of the Engineering News-Record (ENR) New England’s Top Young Professionals in 2023.
