The Professional Development Committee is pleased to invite 20 motivated professionals to join a dedicated community focused on personal and professional growth.
This program offers a unique space to nurture your leadership style alongside a supportive group of peers. In today’s evolving industry, we believe that the most effective leaders are those who lead with vision, adaptability, and a deep connection to their purpose. The goal of this year’s Leadership Training Program is to provide you with the tools and the inspiration to lead with confidence and heart!
Facilitator: Bob Tipton, Leadership Coach and Team Tipton’s CEO/Principal Change Architect
Bob Tipton brings a transformative approach to professional development. He has a passion for coaching and inspires people to find their own path to excellence.
2026 WTS Woman of the Year, Nyssa Beach, shared this about her experience working with Bob in 2022:
I am grateful for the opportunity I had to learn from Bob Tipton and those in my WTS leadership cohort. This training provided me with the self-awareness to appreciate and build upon my own authentic leadership style.
Curriculum: This in-person cohort will meet on Wednesdays from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Each session is hosted by a different WTS Member firm (locations TBA).

- June 17: Communicating with Impact
- August 19: Coaching and Feedback for Growth
- October 21: Thinking Strategically
