Have you ever wondered how serving on a board could elevate your career, expand your leadership potential, and help you make a lasting impact in your community? Join us for this panel session designed for entry- to mid-level professionals interested in understanding the value of board service and how it can support both personal and professional growth. Participants will gain practical insight into what board service entails, how to identify opportunities aligned with their interests and skills, and how serving on a board can enhance leadership capabilities, visibility, and career advancement.
This event combines professional growth with community impact through our partnership with March of Dimes. The organization has a longstanding connection to the transportation, building, and construction industries through its signature awards and fundraising program, making it a natural partner for WTS Philadelphia. Registration fees will be donated directly to March of Dimes to help advance its mission of improving the health of moms and babies.
