David Fields, FAICP believes a great community provides transportation choice, starting with safety first. David is experienced planning and implementing multiple modes (walking, biking, heavy rail, light rail, bus rapid transit, regional, and local bus services, and TNC’s); parking and curb management; and policy (transit-oriented development and transportation demand management); all based on meaningful community participation.

In February, Eleni joined the planning team within the Development and Infrastructure division of the Office of Commissioner Rodney Ellis. She works tirelessly to advance community goals of building safe, equitable, healthy and resilient communities within Harris County.
