Meet The Speakers
Dr. Vince Hafeli brings more than 40 years of highway construction experience and a powerful commitment to mental health advocacy. His doctoral research at the University of South Florida focused on mental health and suicide in the construction industry, and he now works with individuals and organizations to encourage open conversations around mental health and suicide prevention.
Cyndi Gundy Vaughn is a business development and leadership consultant and trainer. She works with
professional service organizations to strengthen leadership, communication, relationship-building, and professional development. She brings decades of experience in sales and education and a passion for helping professionals and organizations grow.
