WTS-LA's Professional Development Program is holding a panel discussion with Transportation Executives, Recruiters, and Industry Leaders to gain insight into career advancement strategies. The panel is expected to discuss what skills or qualities different organizations, including public sector, private sector, small and large businesses, are seeking. We will also cover current trends, such as how AI is being used in recruiting and how to avoid potential pitfalls, interview and salary negotiation tips, and lessons learned.
