Join us for an inspiring evening at the 2026 Fall Membership Event, Iowa Kind: Moving Beyond “Iowa Nice” Toward Courageous, Community-Building Leadership” presented by Allie Jones on Thursday, September 17th, 6:00-7:30, at the beautiful Cellar Winery in Madrid, Iowa.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to lead with intention, courage, and authenticity. Through an engaging keynote and meaningful conversation, you’ll gain fresh perspective on how kindness, rooted in compassion, civility, and contribution, can strengthen our organizations and communities.
Enjoy a glass of wine while connecting with fellow members and reflecting on how we can move beyond being simply “nice” to becoming leaders who foster clarity, trust, and real impact. You’ll leave with practical tools, new insights, and a renewed sense of purpose in your leadership journey.
