WTS Philadelphia and WiSE present

Let’s face it: We live in a world full of choices and unlimited amounts of information. Whether you’re navigating a job change, a career goal, relationship conundrum, a personal struggle, or a health-related decision, sometimes the best way to cut through the noise is by talking it out.
That’s where your Personal Board of Directors (PBOD) comes in – to tell it like it is.
A PBOD is a trusted circle of individuals who act as your sounding board, to offer honest insights, thoughtful advice, and feedback you might not get from colleagues or even close friends. They help you think critically about your decisions, weigh pros and cons, and consider paths you might not have seen on your own.
Your PBOD doesn’t need to meet as a group, and it’s your choice as to whether you formally let people know they’re part of it. What matters most is having a set of voices you trust to help you grow, stay grounded, and move forward with confidence.
At this joint event between WTS and WiSE, you’ll hear from a panel of professionals who will share their personal experiences with building and leaning on their PBODs. You’ll also participate in an interactive exercise to help you begin shaping your own.
