GTA Regional Transit Connectivity Tour

Join us for our GTA Regional Transit Connectivity Tour, followed by (optional) social time at Kellys Landing, on Thursday, September 25 starting/ending at Union Station.

On the tour we will ride various transit systems in the GTA, and hear from transit agency leaders about the successes and challenges of connecting 30+ transit systems across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. Learn about the transformation underway of the GO Transit regional rail network, the region’s first BRT system – VIVA, Toronto’s newest subway extension and unique stations, the GO bus network and the history and experience of the UP Express. See below photos from a similar tour that took place during the WTS Conference in May.

You may be surprised by what you don’t know about our region’s transit history and how it is evolving!
