The workshop will include direct individual access to the strengths assessment and a personal copy of the Gallup Strengths book as we join to discover, discuss, and find out your top strengths and how you can connect and apply these traits within our industry!
Our host, Lisa Reece, is a VP and Client Development Leader with HDR, with over 30 years of experience building winning teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects. Lisa is also a founding member of WTS-IE and an active community volunteer supporting the advancement of young women in STEM.
