- James Scott (Lifetime Achievement Award): For his decades of dedicated service and foundational leadership.
- Steve Braun, FDOT District 4 (Community Impact Award): For excellence in executing an infrastructure initiative, the SW 10th Street Connector Project, which improved regional connectivity.
