You’ll discover how to:

  • Trade burnout for a favorite-self mentality that boosts confidence & mental health.
  • Design your own “cup” instead of endlessly trying to fill someone else’s.
  • Turn small mindset shifts into big career, relationship, and life gains.
  • Leave with a personal action plan — plus a live Q & A to get your specific questions answered.

About Rachel

Growing up on a seventh-generation dairy farm taught Rachel the power of grit and community. After a corporate stint leading national growth & engagement teams, a near-fatal marathon collapse convinced her to pour that energy into helping others design lives they love. Today she delivers high-impact keynotes across the Midwest, leaving audiences laughing, reflecting, and moving.

Rachel’s keynote, “Stop Living as Your Best Self — Start Living as Your Favorite Self,” challenges the perfection-pressure we all feel and replaces it with an authentic, sustainable mindset that fuels both well-being and performance. Expect story-telling (ask her about the marathon that literally stopped her heart!), interactive exercises, and tangible take-aways you can use the same day.
