WTS Metro Phoenix Chapter is once again assisting ACEC Arizona in recruiting volunteers for the annual STEM Game Day events across the state!
These events will be held in Phoenix, Tucson, and Flagstaff – bringing hundreds of middle school students inside our state university stadiums to learn what it takes to engineer a football game and build the communities around the stadiums.
The first event needing volunteers is Tuesday, February 3 at Arizona State University in Tempe.
No technical expertise is needed! Our volunteers will help explain engineering concepts to the students or serve as tour guides. Please note there will be a volunteer training session held the week before the event so you’ll want to sign up early so you can be part of that session.
