Meet the Panel
 

Yovannie Rodriguez, Esq., A.A.E. 
Yovannie has extensive work experience in executive and administrative roles. From 2020 to the present, she has served as the Chief Administrative Officer at the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, overseeing operations at both the Orlando International and Executive Airports. Prior to this, she was the founder/managing Partner at Agency Y, PLLC. For over 20 years, Yovannie served as Shareholder at Marchena and Graham, PA.

Francina Gil, PE
Francina is the owner/founder and Water Resources Engineer of Vortex Company, LLC. She has served as Drainage Engineer of Record for numerous projects throughout her career. Her experience includes many aspects of roadway drainage design to include storm drain systems, culverts, ditches, retention/detention facilities, bridge scour, permitting services, feasibility and PD&E studies.

Melissa Gross, PE 
Melissa serves as President of InNovo Partners. Her background focuses on Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSM&O) program development and technology applications to support the multimodal transportation network. Melissa's experience includes data management and dashboarding projects, corridor planning and concept development, PD&E studies, and transportation impact analysis.

Dodie Keith-Lazowick
Dodie has 40+ years of professional experience, is a second-generation professional surveyor, and serves as the Chairman, and Managing Principal of KEITH. Dodie is the Corporate Officer for many ongoing governmental contracts and assumes responsibility for providing a corporate commitment of excellence to KEITH's diverse client base.

Iranetta J. Dennis
Iranetta has a strong background in supplier diversity and small business development. She currently holds the position of Vice President of Small Business at the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority. Prior to this, Iranetta served as Director of Supplier Diversity at the Central Florida Expressway Authority from 2012 to 2023.
