Mentoring
WTS Atlanta seeks to advance our members further within their professional careers through its Mentoring Committee. This committee manages the Mentor-Protégé and Public Sector Emerging Professionals programs.
Through the Mentor-Protégé Program, emerging leaders are paired with seasoned members for a series of educational sessions and one-on-one mentoring. Whether you are passionate about inspiring the future generation of transportation or have an eye for planning in-person events, this committee requires both skillsets.
The Public Sector Emerging Professionals Program provides opportunities to individuals who may face barriers to join or actively participate in the organization and ensures the future success and growth of our Chapter. This Program will assist in the development of future leaders by providing select number of awards to potential WTS Atlanta members. Eligible applicants must work in a transportation-related career in the public sector and not be eligible to receive reimbursement from their employer for WTS membership expenses.
