For more than 80 years, RS&H has helped clients across the United States achieve some of our generation’s most enduring legacies. We’ve designed the launch platforms for the United States space program, designed international airports that connect communities, shaped progressive highway systems, and provided facilities for Fortune 1000 companies. We are also focused on growing a diverse team in our Northeast Division and Philadelphia Office.

RS&H is committed to creating a connected future where everyone can thrive. Our core values drive our efforts to cultivate an equitable environment focused on ensuring a culture of belonging. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are forums for associates to contribute to RS&H’s goal of creating a more inclusive workplace. These voluntary, associate-led groups create integrated approaches for supporting education, awareness, professional development, networking, industry advancement and community involvement.
With diverse voices, RS&H continues to develop the creative and forward-thinking solutions necessary to solve some of the biggest challenges for communities throughout the US. We welcome people to come as they are and uplift each other to succeed today, tomorrow, and every day into the future.
