Women at Kittelson make up about 44% of our firm. The representation of women at Kittelson has grown drastically since the start of the firm—not only in engineering and planning positions, but also in leadership, marketing, communications, creative services, administration, and IT.

Our goals are to attract, connect, and elevate women both at Kittelson and in the transportation industry. We want to have a workforce that accurately represents the communities we serve.
