RK&K is proudly celebrating our 100th Anniversary of providing first-class, responsive service to our clients, collaboration with our peers, development of our staff, and service to our community. Our success is rooted in the culture and values instilled by our early leaders and moved forward by the dedicated staff of engineering, environmental science, and construction services professionals. RK&K has always been a firm dedicated to the concept of collaborative teamwork, professional excellence, and unsurpassed quality and service for the client.

RK&K opened our Philadelphia office in March of 2019. We are proud to have attracted a group of diverse, passionate, and committed staff who are committed to supporting each other and the clients we serve in Philadelphia. These individuals are working for Philadelphia clients such as the Philadelphia Streets Department and the Philadelphia Water Department as well as work sharing across our 32 offices in 12 states. Outside of the office, their commitment to their communities, families and culture is inspiring. Our community engagement committee finds opportunities to give back to the community throughout the year. This year we will be participating in the Love Your Park Clean-up, volunteering with the Philadelphia Horticultural Society & Parks and Recreation at the Flower Show, making lunches for the Unforgotten Haven and volunteering with MANNA to make meals – just to name a few. We are proud of our commitment to giving back to the community.

RK&K is also committed to developing a diverse workforce and cultivating future leaders through inclusivity and opportunity. RK&K believes that bringing together talented, multi-cultural people with a wide range of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences, powers innovative transportation solutions. The RK&K Women’s Leadership Forum (RWLF) was launched in 2015 as a platform to support, advocate, and promote the skill sets of women while providing a forum for communication and professional development. What started as a grassroot effort led by senior female leaders, RWLF has grown to include more than 135 members and active participants engaging in the group’s programming, mentoring, and leadership opportunities. To-date, RWLF has held 35 lunch and learns on topics such as work-life balance; career development; networking; building stronger teams through diversity; and most recently, a three-part series on authentic leadership. Lastly, RWLF works with RK&K’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council to promote International Women’s Day. RK&K looks forward to continuing our work for the next 100 years.
