Susquehanna Civil is a majority woman owned DBE and celebrating our 15th year!

In this 15th year, we are excited to reflect on our history, our current successes, and the bright future ahead:

• Our history – Founded in 2008 by Lea Nadler, PE, as a women owned Environmental and Engineering DBE firm of 1 who wanted to build a company that focused on clients, employees, and expanding opportunities for women leadership.
• Today – We have much to celebrate, 70 people strong, multi service offerings, and a continued focus in our expertise of engineering & environmental services for public transportation infrastructure projects. 
• Celebrate – We are so proud of Crystalann Deardorff, PE, CBI who was awarded the WTS Central PA Chapter Member of the Year 2023 for her long-term dedication to WTS and supporting women in STEM fields.
• Bright Future – We are excited to build our future through our client and employee focused mission! We have grown our people, our services, and love helping achieve delivery of public infrastructure visions.
