JMT is an architectural, engineering, and construction management firm specializing in built and natural environments. We are invested in the growing and evolving Philadelphia region. Our Center City office currently has more than 130 professionals and is supported by 2,000 staff across the U.S.

JMT provides capital program management services to the School District of Philadelphia (SDP). Our multidisciplinary team acts as the owner’s representative to oversee and manage all aspects of project planning, design, and construction for the SDP’s current slate of over $240 million for new schools and major renovations. JMT works collaboratively with all SDP capital program staff, designers, and stakeholders to realize optimal solutions and proactively advance the goals of the SDP toward the best educational outcomes for students.

Pictured here is the recently completed $55 million Solomon Solis-Cohen Elementary School. JMT oversaw the construction of the new 140,000 SF replacement school in Northeast Philadelphia. This new facility promotes 21st-century learning and will achieve a LEED Gold certification.
