This project is a major component of the I-95 Revive initiative and stands as the largest I-95 reconstruction effort to date near the Betsy Ross Bridge Interchange in Northeast Philadelphia. This monumental effort is valued at $355.3 million and a vital focus to enhance traffic flow, safety, and infrastructure resilience within this busy transportation corridor.
