RK&K’s Philadelphia office is celebrating its five-year anniversary in the City. They are proud to have attracted a group of talented and passionate staff who are committed to supporting each other and giving back to the City they serve. These individuals are working for local clients such as the City of Philadelphia Streets Department and the Philadelphia Water Department, as well as work sharing across their offices in 13 states and the District of Columbia. Outside of the office, their commitment to their communities, families, and culture is inspiring. RK&K’s community engagement committee finds opportunities to give back throughout the year. Their repeat volunteerism includes participating in the Love Your Park Clean-up, volunteering at the Philadelphia Horticultural Society Flower Show, making lunches for the Unforgotten Haven, and volunteering with MANNA to make meals—just to name a few. RK&K is proud of their commitment to giving back to the community.
The RK&K Women’s Leadership Forum (RWLF) was launched in 2015 as a platform to support, advocate, and promote the skill sets of women while providing a forum for communication and professional development. What started as a grassroot effort led by senior female leaders, RWLF has evolved into a top employee resource group offering programming, mentoring, and leadership opportunities. RWLF believes in being a true resource for RK&K employees and is a resource to connect women across the firm through virtual lunch and learns and in-person events. RWLF works with RK&K’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council to promote International Women’s Day with organized celebrations company-wide.
