Women Are Leading the Way at C&S Companies

• We congratulate Aileen Maguire Meyer, PE, AICP for joining the C-Suite as President of C&S Engineers, Inc., becoming the highest-ranking woman at our firm and breaking the glass ceiling.
• A round of applause for Kim Fabend, PE, PTOE, ENV SP for her new role as leader of our Aviation Planning Group. We are proud to follow Kim’s lead and excited for the future success of our practice.
• We welcome our new head of People & Culture, Nalisa Clark, and look forward to seeing the impact she can make while we continue to prioritize our people as the most important element of our business.
• We’re proud to celebrate Kelly Jost, PE and her groundbreaking work on the FAA’s Women in Aviation Advisory Board where she works tirelessly to advocate for women and those from underrepresented groups to have a more significant role in the aviation industry.
• Three cheers for Danielle Buehler, Mia Held, and Sarah Owens, key members of our dedicated Aviation Sustainability team who recently led and completed two female-led waste audits at Albuquerque International Sunport and Louisville International Airport. The overall goal is the increase of recycling and diversion away from landfills at these two key medium-hub airports.
