The mentorship program is intended to develop the WTS-LA community professionally, promote goal-setting and career planning, provide networking opportunities, and create a prepared workforce. 

Each one-year program combines group and one-on-one mentorship activities to foster discussion in enhancing professional visibility/networking, career advancement and options, overcoming barriers to success, and work-life balance. 

2021 Mentorship Program

We will begin seeking mentors and mentees to participate in the 2021 mentorship program in January 2021. 

In addition to the one-on-one mentorship sessions, WTS-LA will facilitate engaging programs throughout the year to discuss key management topics and provide tailored learning opportunities to this select group.
