Registration opens Monday, February 16th for WTS-Boston’s March Luncheon Seminar.
In 2026, Massachusetts will welcome several high-profile international events, including the return of the Tall Ships and matches of the FIFA World Cup at Gillette Stadium. Events of this scale require significant planning and coordination across agencies to keep the region moving safely and efficiently.
Join WTS-Boston on Thursday, March 5, as the Programs Committee hosts a panel discussion focused on how public agencies and municipalities are preparing to support large-scale events across the Commonwealth. Panelists will share perspectives on collaboration, mobility planning, operational readiness, and the transportation considerations that come with hosting events on a global stage.
The panel will be moderated by Julia Campbell of the City of Boston and will feature representatives from the City of Boston, Massachusetts Department of Transportation, and the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority.
