WTS Puget Sound proudly presents our annual Professional Development Workshop: Empowering Women in the Workforce Through Inclusive Leadership. Guided by expert executive coach, Marriot Winquist, attendees of this interactive workshop will explore common challenges that women in our industry encounter and strategies to effectively address them.
During the workshop, attendees will engage in meaningful discussions, self-reflection, and group exercises, gaining valuable insights into overcoming common hurdles. Marriot will impart proven strategies and skills for effective mentoring, sponsorship, and succession planning to elevate women in the transportation industry. The goal is to empower participants to contribute to the development of inclusive teams and the cultivation of a supportive professional network to exchange experiences.
This workshop is tailored to professionals at all levels, offering a practical and applicable learning experience. Each participant will receive a dedicated workbook to capture insights and action points. A catered lunch will be provided.
