Welcome to Florida's Capital Area Chapter!
WTS Tallahassee Capital Area Chapter is a newer chapter of the Women's Transportation Seminar, an international organization dedicated to the professional advancement of women in transportation. The WTS Tallahassee Capital Area Chapter was founded in 2016 including an inaugural board of directors and members representing local transportation and transportation-related industry professionals. WTS International boasts more than 5,000 members - both men and women with 49 chapters representing cities and states in the United States, Canada and Great Britain. WTS is helping women find opportunity and recognition in the transportation industry. Through its professional activities, networking opportunities, and unparalleled access to industry and government leaders, WTS is turning the glass ceiling into a career portal.
The WTS Tallahassee Capital Area Chapter provides networking, educational, and outreach opportunities for members and friends involved in the local transportation industry. We invite participation from all disciplines related to transportation from planners to engineers to logistics professionals, and everyone in between.
