It will take strong leadership to develop a future of transportation that ensures diverse voices and perspectives are heard and opportunities are accessible to everyone. This new generation of leaders will need to be innovative, creative, and compassionate. The WTS International Signature Leadership Program prepares women to guide the future of the industry. Participants hear from expert facilitators and speakers, practice effective management skills, learn how to assess risk, and develop other professional skills that will advance not only their own careers, but those who use transportation services in their communities.
Split into two program tracks, WTS International's Executive Leader Program (October 14-17) is targeted toward women leaders preparing for the highest levels of management or who are currently in executive-level roles — setting strategic directions, making pivotal decisions that impact the bottom line, and maneuvering through the transportation industry’s everchanging landscape.
The WTS Mid-Career Leadership Program (October 14-16) provides the building blocks necessary to support participants in their efforts to manage the day-to-day aspects of their role as well as flawlessly execute on their projects and deliverables. This training is aimed at identifying foundational strengths and building critical skills that will serve to propel their career.

Registration includes admission to the program plus meals but does not include travel to/from the program and hotel.

Rooms are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and once they are gone, we cannot guarantee availability at the discounted rate.
Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to [email protected], and must be received by 11:59 PM ET on Monday, October 6th. Registration cancellation fees submitted by close of business on Monday, October 6th will be fully refunded minus a 25% cancellation fee.
Registration refund requests for the 2025 Signature Leadership Training program will be processed 7–10 days post event closing. Thank you in advance for your patience.
Registrant no-shows will not be refunded.
If WTS International cancels the 2025 Signature Leadership Training program for any reason, all registrants will be notified by email to the address used in his or her original registration.
WTS Event Anti-Harassment Policy

We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.
Training participants who violate these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the event organizers. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion, and actions such as deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
