WTS International Ratifies Two New Chapters

WASHINGTON, D.C. (September 8, 2022) – The 2022-24 Board of Directors of the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) International recently ratified two new chapters of the association.

WTS Central California was ratified by unanimous vote of the WTS International Board of Directors on May 16 during the organization’s Annual Conference in Seattle. The Chapter will serve the California cities of Fresno, Clovis, and Bakersfield. The officers of WTS Central California are Nabeelah Abi-Rached, President; Julianita Jauregui, Vice President; Lori Goodwin, Treasurer; and Nicole Climons, Secretary.

WTS SW Ontario was ratified by a unanimous vote of the 2022-24 WTS International Board of Directors on August 1 during the Board of Directors summer meeting in Jacksonville, Fla. The chapter officers, include Christine Beard, President; Jesse Romano, Vice President; Vimy Henderson, Treasurer; and Montana Wilson, Secretary.

WTS Central California and WTS SW Ontario represent the 66 and 67 Chapters of the association and extends the WTS organizational footprint further into Canada with a second International chapter.
