WTS-Boston Member on the Move: Loretta Girard Doughty, P.E
Please join us in congratulating Loretta Girard Doughty, P.E. as New Hampshire Department of Transportation’s (NHDOT) new Program Administrator in the Division of Project Development. Loretta brings decades of consultant experience working on projects covering multiple modes of transportation and disciplines for projects of varying sizes from small to mega transportation projects. Since arriving at the Department, she has served as a Project Manager and most recently as Bridge Design Administrator. Loretta’s vast experience will serve her and the NHDOT well as she takes on this new challenge. This position includes expanded responsibilities and oversight of various programs within the Department focusing on delivering the State’s Ten-Year Transportation Plan.
Loretta brings a wealth of experience and knowledge, along with an approachable and collaborative demeanor to the position. The Department is confident she will do a great job in this position working with the various Divisions and Bureaus of the NHDOT, and with state and local partners.
Loretta currently serves on the WTS-Boston Advisory Board, having just finished her term on the WTS-International Advisory Board and as Chair of the WTS International Northeast Region Council. She is also a Past-President of the WTS-Boston Chapter.
