Laura Mielcarek was chosen to receive the 2021 Woman of the Year award. 

Laura is a Principal at Wheat Design Group. She enjoys collaborating with multi-disciplinary design teams, problem solving, incorporating sustainability, and interaction with the public. Through these projects, Laura strives to make her community a better place for all.
