Jackie Carver Davis Selected to Receive the WTS-Boston 2023 Claire Barrett Member of the Year Award

Jacqueline “Jackie” Carver Davis is a dynamic project manager with over a decade of experience in the transportation field. She holds a master’s degree in engineering management and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Syracuse University. Jackie is skilled in all facets of transportation project lifecycles, from proposals, planning, and design to project closeout and program management. In her role as HDR Boston’s Deputy Civil Section Manager, Jackie brings vast expertise in leading and managing civil design projects, including intersection design/reconstruction, highway design/reconstruction, and bus planning/design, to HDR’s clients. She also assists with HDR’s local Pathfinders employee recognition program and volunteers weekly for Massachusetts Fallen Heroes.

Jackie has been an active member of WTS-Boston for over a decade and has served as a co-chair on four committees, always striving to promote WTS’s mission of attracting, sustaining, connecting and advancing women’s careers to strengthen the transportation industry. She currently serves as one of the Special Project’s Co-Chairs. Jackie consistently encourages her peers at HDR to help get involved in WTS-Boston for the betterment of their community and their own careers. In her own words, “WTS has given me the opportunity to build relationships with professionals in the industry and obtain the soft skills that have helped me grow my career and strengthen my leadership skills.”
