Few individuals can boast of a WTS journey spanning more than two and a half decades, lot alone claim a pivotal role in propelling both the organization and the chapter forward quite like Arthur Schurr. Alexandra Spencer, a former WTS-LAS President and retired AECOM Media Relations Officer, reflects on Schurr's impact: " Nearly 25 years ago, as part of a comprehensive marketing initiative, WTS-LA engaged Arthur Schurr - a widely published transportation journalist and speechwriter. Year after year, he has delivered exceptional value to our chapter, providing the same high-quality article placement, promotional materials, and presentation leaders such us Nuria Fernandez, Grace Crunican, and Norman Mineta."

Boasting 30 years in architecture and engineering, Schurr has contributed extensively to WTS programs, award-winning publications, and influential infrastructure magazines. His expertise lies in weaving engaging narratives from complex technical subjects fo various organizations and executives.
