Jason D. Pack, P.E., is a Principal with Fehr & Peers working in their Riverside office. He received his Civil Engineering degree from the University of California at Davis in 1999 and immediately began his career at Fehr & Peers out of their San Jose office. After spending the first four years of his career in San Jose, he relocated to the Fehr & Peers’ Sacramento office and worked with clients throughout the Central Valley between 2003 and 2008. In 2008, he relocated to Riverside to expand Fehr & Peers’ presence in Southern California.

Jason has mentored and advocated for many female and minority colleagues over the course of his 20 plus year career. He has fostered a supportive and inclusive culture that encourages women to take on leadership roles, on the project level as PMs and in management roles in the company. As Fehr & Peers has taken a keen eye to how the company can improve on diversity, equity, and inclusion, Jason has been an outspoken advocate for recognizing strengths, weaknesses, and working to do better. Jason makes a point to encourage all staff to find their voice and leadership style. He provides opportunities for women and minority staff to attend client meetings, conferences, and project interviews. Jason has empowered staff to grow their careers. When working with Jason, he champions other staff and finds ways to promote their work and talents.

Jason has been married to Amanda, whom he met at Davis, for 23 years. They have two daughters, Isabel who is 17 and a senior at Martin Luther King High School; and Sophia who is 14 and is a freshman at MLK. Both of their daughters are gifted with their parents’ height and both play high school and club volleyball.
