As the pandemic rolls on and the “new normal” takes shape, let’s talk about our experiences in three areas: working parents, onboarding, and career development. Join one, or jump between sessions, to share your experiences and learn from others.

As the pandemic rolls on and the “new normal” takes shape, let’s talk about our experiences in three areas: working parents, onboarding, and career development. Join one, or jump between sessions to share your experiences and learn from others. These facilitated discussions can be a place to commiserate, to listen, to share insight, and support each other as we continue to navigate this major shift in office dynamics and culture.

Breakout 1: Working Parents
COVID-19 has disproportionately driven women to leave the workforce or downshift their career. You’re burned out and sleep deprived. You may have a quarantining kid and no more leave time. Join us or listen in as long as you can – we want to know how you’re doing, and how you do it all….or strategically don’t do it all! Let’s work together to spark advocacy to ensure the “new normal” supports gender equity.

Breakout 2: Virtual Onboarding
You’ve been to a deserted office to pick up a computer. You’re navigating a new organization culture and lingo. Who do you email or Teams chat or video call when you have a question and can’t politely ask your cubicle neighbor?

Breakout 3: Career and Leadership Development
You’re seeking a new challenge, been tapped to take on a new role, or thinking about succession planning. How do you develop your career, foster leadership, and support knowledge transfer in what may be a siloed, virtual environment?
