Greenville’s Swamp Rabbit Trail is a trail network that connects several cities located throughout Greenville County. Since 2009, it’s been a favorite recreational and transportation conduit for residents and visitors, alike! Want to know how this 25+ mile trail came to be? Dust off your bicycle riding skills and register for WTS’s Summer Tour: A Swamp Rabbit Trail Excursion! We will start with a classroom-style presentation in downtown Greenville, hop on the trail for an in-ride, interactive tour, and end at a local watering hole for drinks and snacks (first round’s on us!).

Questions will be fielded by both Greenville’s resident SRT experts: Calin Owens, Senior Mobility Coordinator for the City of Greenville and Ty Houck, Director of Greenways, Natural and Historic Resources for Greenville County Parks, Recreation, and Tourism.

This tour will be capped at 20 adult riders so register today! (No limit for the presentation.)

What you should know:

1. Please bring your cell phone and headphones. The in-ride tour will be conducted via a virtual meeting (an invite will be sent out to the group ahead of time).

2. Helmets and storage bags will be provided for those register for a bike.

3. Water will be provided for all.

4. Please feel free to bring the family.
