What does the next year and beyond look like for levels of VMT, SOV travel, transit demand, mobility on demand, etc.?
Travel in the Denver metro area has dramatically shifted since the onset of COVID-19 last March. This has caused notable changes to vehicle miles traveled, travel demand and mode choice.
As we come up on the one-year mark of the beginning of this dramatic shift, it’s important for the transportation sector to look ahead. This session will explore the important question of ‘what comes next’ through a conversation with transportation leaders from RTD and DRCOG, and interactive polling of all participants on travel behaviors.
