WTS-Boston is pleased to introduce Joi Singh as our keynote speaker. Joi Singh began her tenure as Division Administrator for FHWA’s Massachusetts Division on December 4, 2022. In this role, Joi provides vision and leadership for a team of 22 transportation professionals and represents FHWA in the administration of the transportation program in Massachusetts. Prior to this role, Joi served as the Deputy Division Administrator for the Nevada Division, where she was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Nevada Division Office, as well as leading a diverse staff of transportation professionals responsible for the stewardship and oversight of Nevada’s $1.1 billion Federal-aid highway program.
