The presentation will be given by Dr. Shirley Clark, PhD, PE, DWRE. Dr. Clark is a Professor of Environmental Engineering and Professor-in-Charge of the Environmental Engineering and Environmental Pollution Control Graduate Programs. She leads the Urban Stormwater Infrastructure Research Group at Penn State Harrisburg, investigating the impacts of the built environment on the movement and interception of water in the urban environment, as well as the generation and treatment of urban pollution.
