RESCHEDULED FOR WEATHER! Come join us on June 9th at 5pm for an in-person workout event at Canton Waterfront Park!

With the weather changing and the COVID numbers improving, we’d like to invite you to join us outdoors for some socialization and sweating! We’ll be doing a 45-minute HIIT workout led by Ree Miskimon. Participants are asked to bring an exercise mat, a towel, and a water bottle. Canton Waterfront Park has free parking in an adjacent parking lot and is easily accessed by I-95. Registration is free for members and $5 for non-members.
