Join us for this virtual presentation where Emily Wilder from KS LTAP will discuss tips on managing yourself and your responses to conflict.

Learning how to successfully manage your response to conflict is an essential skill for effective and professional communication and for your own mental and physical health. With the Covid-19 pandemic, many are facing an increase in the level of conflict they are experiencing. Communicating with others virtually, having different communication styles and beliefs, and just overall heightened stress levels can all play a role in bringing about conflict. So join us for this interactive presentation where Emily Wilder from KS LTAP will discuss tips on managing yourself and your responses to conflict.

Emily is the Associate Director for Business Operations at the University of Kansas Transportation Center. In addition to managing day-to-day operations for the center, she is also the Kansas Local Technical Assistance Program Director (LTAP), the National LTAP Association's (NLTAPA) Liaison to the American Public Works Association, and co-chair for the NLTAPA Partnership Workgroup.
