On Thursday, November 2nd, the WTS Greater Chicago Chapter is hosting a professional development panel event on the importance of communication. The panel will feature a diverse group of women in transportation, spanning multiple generations, racial/ethnic groups, and differing roles within the industry. Topics will include leading diverse teams, exploring differences in communication style across generations (or personality types), examining inclusivity in meetings, and navigating being the “only one” in a setting, among others. Drinks and snacks will be provided before and after the panel discussion. Register through the link.
