2025 WTS International Chair's Reception

Thank you to everyone who attended the WTS Chair’s Reception on January 5, 2025. It was a pleasure to bring together over 200 WTS partners, friends, and industry leaders to celebrate the year ahead. Thank you again to our lovely speaker, Leslie Richards, and honoree, Deputy Secretary Polly Trottenberg.

Event Details

Sunday, January 5, 2025 

  • Corporate Partner VIP Reception: 5:00 – 6:00 PM ET
  • 2025 Chairs Reception: 6:00 – 8:00 PM ET at Fig & Olive | 934 Palmer Alley NW, Washington, D.C. 20001. The closest Metro stops for the event are Gallery Place-Chinatown and Metro Center. Public underground parking and D.C. public buses are accessible on the corner of 9th and H Street NW.

 

Ticket Pricing
  • Members: $50
  • Non-Members: $75
  • Onsite Registration: $100

Please note that the ticket price increases for on-site registration on the day of the event. We recommend registering early to secure your spot and lock in the special rate. 

Registration is open to current WTS members and non-members. Online registration closes today, Friday, January 3rd, at 11:59 PM ET. Walk-in registration for the event will be available starting at 6:00 PM ET.

 

Event Attendee Policies 

During WTS International meetings and events, your badge (received at check-in) must always be visible. Spouses, friends, peers, etc. are not granted access to any meetings and events areas or events without a badge. If you wish for anyone to accompany you to any WTS International meetings and events, you must register them and pay the appropriate fees.

Attendees, staff, sponsors, and exhibitors at WTS International meetings and events shall together provide a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of meetings and events participants in any form.

Participants who violate these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from WTS International meetings and events without a refund at the discretion of the organizers. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion, and actions such as deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

WTS International takes photographs and video during in-person meetings and events. By entering the venue, you are giving permission to be filmed and photographed and for the film and/or photographs to be used by WTS International in all manner of media throughout the world. You also waive all rights with respect to and release WTS International from any claims related to WTS International’s use of your name, image, likeness, voice, or quotes.

 

Cancellation Policy 

This event will be held rain or shine. 

All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to [email protected], and must be received by 11:59 PM ET on December 26, 2024. Registration cancellation fees submitted by close of business on December 26, 2024, will be fully refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee. 

Registration refund requests will be processed 7–10 days after the event. Registrant no-shows will not be refunded. If WTS International cancels the program for any reason, all registrants will be notified by email to the address used in his or her original registration.
