Board Spotlight: Foundation Board Director, Karen Philbrick

Karen Philbrick, Executive Director for Mineta Transportation Institute, has been a valued member of WTS for more than nine years and is in her first term as a member of the WTS Foundation Board of Directors. She also serves on the WTS Scholarship Committee as well as the Bylaws committee.
