Leadership Programs

WTS International offers two opportunities within its leadership development programs.

WTS International began its Mid-Career Leadership Program, ’Leadership for the 21st Century,’ 17 years ago. Historically one of WTS International's premier leadership development opportunities, this program is now accompanied by the new WTS Executive Leader Program for Women in Transportation. The Executive Leadership Program is the first of its kind. Both programs were created by an expert team of professionals and are geared toward women with promise for higher levels of responsibility and leadership in the transportation industry. These programs are opportunities for WTS to contribute to the professional development of women who have demonstrated the interest and potential to enhance their leadership skills and advance within the industry.
