Candidates will have result-oriented experience working directly with Boards, committees and industry partners with a comprehensive understanding of the relationships and respective responsibilities of each.

In addition to demonstrating a palpable commitment to the WTS vision and mission, s/he will have excellent oral and written communication abilities with internal and external audiences as well as experience with public relations strategies and emerging social media tools.

S/he will have experience with direct supervision, mentoring, developing and building a high-functioning staff team.

A Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related discipline is required, an advanced degree in a similar discipline is preferred.
