The Regional Transportation Management Center (RTMC) is where State Patrol, MnDOT Maintenance, and MnDOT Freeway Operations work together to quickly detect, respond to and remove incidents off of our freeway systems. This work is essential to maximize the efficiency of our roads.
Meet Tiffany Dagon MnDOT's RTMC director and hear about her exciting career. Tiffany is the director of the Regional Transportation Management Center (RTMC) at the Minnesota Department of Transportation. In this role, she is responsible for providing leadership and direction for the operation of the RTMC, including the Freeway Management System and FIRST, MN511 and E-ZPass programs. Tiffany has been in this role since November 2022. Prior to this position, Tiffany has over 25 years of experience in the areas of traffic engineering, municipal engineering, highway design, maintenance operations, and building services management both at MnDOT and as a consultant. Tiffany is a licensed professional engineer in Minnesota.
The RTMC tour will begin at 4:00. Registration is limited to 20 people.
