Join WTS-DC on July 26, as we celebrate Disability Independence Day - the day that commemorates the anniversary of the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in 1990. An ASL interpreter will be available at the event, courtesy of Amtrak.

Join WTS-DC on July 26, as we celebrate Disability Independence Day - the day that commemorates the anniversary of the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in 1990.
 
An outstanding panel of disability advocates and experts will discuss the importance of universal access, what disability independence entails, and how we can overcome the remaining challenges and barriers to making transportation equally accessible and truly inclusive.
